Mia brings together a background in law, commercial contracts, business strategy, and sports advocacy to help athletes and creators navigate the business side of their careers.
With a Juris Doctor and years of experience in commercial contracting, negotiation, and business operations, she brings a practical, thoughtful approach to identifying opportunities and building professional relationships.
As the founder of the Women's MTB Network and a longtime advocate for women in sport, Mia understands the challenges athletes face when building their careers, particularly when access to resources, representation, and financial support is limited.
MTD was created with a simple belief: athletes and creators deserve the knowledge, confidence, and support to pursue meaningful commercial opportunities—regardless of their experience, following, or connections.
Mia's approach is personal, collaborative, and grounded in helping people recognize their value and build sustainable opportunities.
